Anna Maria Sforza Villa

Ms. Villa is an Italian-born, arts and entertainment, marketing and public relations professional with over 25 years of experience in the USA and Europe.  She is bilingual, bicultural and fully biliterate. She has developed an international network of professional contacts and clients in the arts, entertainment, business, academic, government and political arenas.

Her experience in theater, music and entertainment began in 1981, in Italy,  She worked with two of Italy’s, national and non-profit, permanent theaters and permanent repertory companies, the Teatro Stabile dell’Aquila and L’UOVO Teatro Stabile di Innovazione as well as with the university theater, the Teatro Accademico dell’Università dell’Aquila.

She continued her career in the USA with New York based, Lou Saxon Music, Entertainment and Video Productions, a mid-sized, artist and event management company in New York, representing local, national and  international artists.

In 2013, Ms. Villa took on the role of general manager and artistic director of the historic Suffolk Theater in New York where under her leadership, the theater won Dan’s Papers’ Best of the Best 2013 Platinum Award in two categories for Best Theater and Best Night Spot.
