Anna Maria Villa thrills audiences with her emotion-filled interpretations, singing and entertaining to evoke a smile, a tear and even a laugh from her listeners. She draws you into the story with her passion and soothes you with her distinctive sound filled with warm bell tones and breathy whispers.Her style of singing has been described as smooth, elegant, soothing and smoky with superb phrasing and an impeccable sense of timing.

Her repertoire includes Jazz, Standards, Swing, Great American Songbook and Italian Classics. In addition to English and native Italian, she also sings in Spanish, Portuguese and French. 

She performs with accomplished musicians from around the globe, and was first mentored by the late Lou Saxon (aka Lou Doboe) with whom she had a 15-year career singing in the Lou Saxon Orchestra, Jazz Quartet, Blues Band and Jam Band. 

Anna Maria is also an actress and appears in numerous films and television shows. 

Anna Maria was born in Abruzzo, Italy, in the little town of Celano, province of L’Aquila, and spends much of her time transitioning between the United States and Italy.
